We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.
4. SOCIAL MEDIA
Link to social media by icons or text links: When the user is forwarded to the respective network, the network captures information on the user. It can’t be guaranteed that the hereby collected information is not processed in the USA.
This is mainly data like IP-Adress, Date, Time and visited site. If the user is logged into his user profile of the respective network at the time, the network operator can possibly connect the collected data of the concrete visit to the personal user account. If the user wants to avoid this, he/she should logg out before operating the icon or configure the user account settings.

Legal basis for hereby occuring and in the following presented processing of personal data is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
Users consent towards the platform can also be legal basis according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO. The consent can be withdrawn for the future at any time, according to Art. 7 Abs. 3 DSGVO, by a message to the platform operator.
When opening my profile on instagram user data is processed by the Facebook Ireland Ltd. as operator in the EU (personal data, IP-adress etc.)
This user data serves statistic information on the utilization of my profile on instagram. The data is used by facebook Ireland Ltd. for market research and advertising and for creating user profiles, based on which facebook ltd. can for example target users inside and outside of instagram with interest based content. If users are logged into instagram at the same time they visit my page, Facebook Ireland Ltd. can furthermore connect the users data with the respective user profile.
In case the user contacts me on Instagram the entered personal data of the user are used for processing the inquiry.
The user data is deleted by me as soon as the users inquiry is resolved and there is no legal retention requirement, for example a contract conclusion.
Facebook Ireland Ltd. possibly also uses cookies for processing reasons.
If the user does not consent to this, it can be prevented by a function of the browser. Already existing cookies can also be deleted at any time. The properties depend on the browser. Except Flash-Cookies, which depend on the properties of the Flash-Player. Some of facebooks features or functions might not work properly if the user limits cookie functions.

5. GOOGLE reCAPTCHA
I use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on my website. This service is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).
reCAPTCHA is used to check whether the data entered on my website (such as on a contact form) has been entered by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, how long the visitor has been on the website, or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis will be forwarded to Google.
The reCAPTCHA analyses take place completely in the background. Website visitors are not advised that such an analysis is taking place.
Data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its site from abusive automated crawling and spam.
